Our goal is to make each meal the very best! Hate green peppers? On
a special diet? Food allergies? Once a free no-obligation in-home
consultation is completed, Chef Bill personalizes each menu to fit
your individual needs and preferences.
- In-Home Meal Preparation
Once you have approved the menu, Plates & Palates will schedule a
day to cook in your home. We arrive with all of the utensils and groceries
needed to complete your meals. We cook the food in your home, then
package and refrigerate or freeze each item, and leave thawing and
reheating instructions.
- Storage and Cleanup
Dirty pots and pans? Greasy stove? You won't find this when Chef Bill leaves your kitchen
spotless and your home smelling wonderful!

- Let Plates and Palates help prepare you for your festivities. Chef Bill will plan the menu, shop for the food,
prepare the in-home celebration menu. On the day of the event, Chef Bill provides you with detailed instructions
on how to complete the meal.
